Med School Countdown is part of University Countdown, an organization devoted to providing user-generated data to help applicants make informed decisions about their education. It is completely free to the community.

University Countdown was established by three students: David Back currently attends Harvard Law School, Jared Feiger recently graduated from New York University School of Law, and Chase Feiger currently attends the University of Pennsylvania and will soon be attending Mount Sinai School of Medicine of New York University.
